5. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms of Service or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.

7. Miscellaneous Provisions

  • 7.1. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

Should a revision be material, we will endeavor to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
